He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, friend, and a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Mr. Barger served in the National Guard and is a graduate of Tennessee Tech University. His career was spent serving the community as a Realtor.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Carlene, sons Doug, Josh and Jonathan (Candace); grandchildren Jaleigh and McKenzie, brother Roy Barger and family, sister Elizabeth Humphrey and family; niece Lauren Bryant, and nephew Davin Bryant.
Mr. Barger is preceded in death by his mother Joanne Barger and sister Virginia Bryant.
Gathering of family and friends Wednesday November 10, 2021 from 5:00-7:00pm at Hermitage Funeral Home and on Thursday November 11, 2021 from 1:00-2:00 pm also at Hermitage Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00pm in the Tulip Grove Room. Burial following at Hermitage Memorial Gardens
