Dianne attended and graduated Madison High School. When she retired, she was a bookkeeper for a property management company. A life-long learner, Dianne was always excited to try new things. She was an artist at heart, and, through the years, created in mediums from sketching, to macramé and watercolor paintings. She loved flowers and plants of all kinds. Dianne attended the Donelson Church of Christ. She loved well, was well-loved, and will be deeply missed.
Dianne is predeceased by her father, Preston Cooper; and her mother, Irene Hall Cooper. She is survived by her daughter, Tama Fortner (Jeff); her son, Jamie Montgomery (Liz); grandchildren, Olivia Montgomery, Lauren Fortner, Kaler Fortner, Laura Kate Montgomery; her brothers, Gary Cooper and Donnie Cooper; her nieces Sandra Weaver (Tony) and Mitzi Hale (Kyle); and her nephew, Kenny Cooper.
There will be a Gathering of Family & Friends on Friday, April 28 from 5pm until 8pm and on Saturday, April 29, from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. at the Hermitage Funeral Home. A Memorial Celebration of Life will begin in the Tulip Grove Room of the funeral home on Saturday, April 29, at 10 a.m. with Bro. Russ King, officiating.
