I am heart-wrenched of hearing the news today. What a true loss. My memories of Matt definitely put a smile on my face. Matt is a great friend and colleague. He will be dearly missed.

So sorry I was not able to attend service - my deepest sympathy to jean & Ben & Larry -fond memories of him as a baby and young man -prayers for you that God will comfort you - & hold you close whenever you need him- what a wonderful example he was to his work family and friends - their memories of him will also bring comfort so hold on to them- God bless all of you

We had the pleasure of becoming friends with Matt at the Hope Lodge. For that short period of time,Angie and I made two of the most amazing friends that have impacted our lives forever, Matt better known to us as Matt Mark and his loving, compassionate mother Jean. Playing card games and endless talk of football with Matt were the highlight of our stay at the Lodge with Matt. Heaven is an even brighter place now you are there. We love and will truly miss you "Matt Mark"!

I have a lot of great memories working with Matt at HCA. He could always cheer anyone up if they were having a bad day. We will truly miss him.

I was so honored to have Matt as my customer for several years.  He was one of the first HCA employees I met and over the years I worked with him, I was always excited to see Matt, hear his stories and simply observe his thoughtfulness and care for others, his integrity and hard work.  His humor always added fun to even our most challenging times.

Truly an honor to have known him and will cherish memories of Matt.

Matt was one of the very first people I worked with at HCA. He was a fun person to work with and always took the time to explain things and teach me. Matt will be missed by his HCA family.

 I had the pleasure of working along side Matt for only a few short months and still learned so much from him. In that time, he made an impact on me.  I am deeply saddened by this news. A heartfelt condolence to his immediate friends and family.

I'm so saddened with Matt's departure from our world. May God bless and comfort your family during this time of grief. Please accept my sincere condolences.

A gentle, helpful and very passionate friend, who has a place in my heart always.  His smile was addictive, and I smile even today thinking of the last chat we had on IM.  He will be greatly missed.

I always knew if I was working with Matt that we would have fun laughing and cutting up while making the best of the work.  I have worked with Matt since I started HCA over 15 years ago, he was a great co-worker and a dear friend to me over those years.   I miss him greatly.

Thanks Matt for your stellar example of integrity and commitment, and for all the hilarious laughs up in conf 3F and elsewhere. You will be missed.

Matt is an extraordinary person, always cheerful and smiling since the first day I met him.  He's always radiated positive energy and shared his good nature and attitude with everyone around him. It was always a pleasure to see Matt coming knowing you would hear something from him to make you smile. :) Matt, you will truly be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt and watching Matt grow as a man and excel in his career at HCA. I will always treasure the times we spent together. He found laughter and joy in everything he was part of.

Jeff and I are so sadden by the news of Matt's passing. He was such a joy to work with and a pleasure to be around. Jeff loved having Matt work for him. He never had a bad word to say about him. HCA has lost another sweet man. My prayers go out to his family. RIP

More of a brother than a friend.  The laughs you brought to my life will always be with me.  I will miss you buddy.

Thanks Matt for some of the best laughs I've ever had. Your sense of humor, football knowledge, and dedication to always do "the right thing" make you someone I aspire to be. I will miss our Monday Morning Quarterback conversations, discussing our treks through school, and reminiscing on projects we've worked on together. You were always a bright spot in my day, no matter what else was going on. I will miss you greatly.

Matt was a wonderful person through and through. Working alongside him was always a pleasure. He never failed to bring laughter and smiles to all of us at HCA. He will be truly missed

I had the pleasure of working with Matt at HCA for the past five years.  One of the first things I noticed about him was how others would light up whenever he was around.  He had an amazing sense of humor, a knack for understatement, was a great story teller and had an infectious smile and laugh that would have others near him smiling and laughing even if they had no idea why they were.

He will be sorely missed by his colleagues but never forgotten.

I had the pleasure of traveling with Matt on a business trip to San Francisco. The laughter and stories we enjoyed while in each others company will continue to warm my heart. Thank you for being in part of my life Matt, even for just a bit of time. 
My our Lord continue to bless you as you enter His house.

Matt you will truly be missed. You were such a great inspiration  to all of us at HCA. Take care my friend.

Matt was a very special person who became a member of our family through his friendship with our daughter, Melany Woodard.  He was warm-hearted, caring, kind and thoughtful.  He spent all Holidays and birthdays with us and he especially loved and cared for our grandchildren, Wilson and Mason.  The golf outings and trip to Twin Peaks were so very special for Wilson.  

We are all so thankful for the wonderful memories and many laughs we had with Matt.  He will be greatly missed.
