Dear Gene and Marilyn were my neighbors on Wedgewood Way in Rocklin for 20+ years.  But so much  more,  I should say family.   Gene  and Marilyn were supportive and greatly loved.  Thank you Gene. It's hard to believe it's been a year already. Gene was an amazing person and I  loved the time I was able to spend with him and Marilyn.  They are both so kind and loving , an amazing couple. Miss him so much!

I will always remember the time that Gene and Marylin joined with my wife and I on the Mainland of the Orkney Islands in Scotland. We had a great time looking at all the standing stones and I had the chance to pass along some Scottish whiskey that I had been given.  Will miss Gene a great deal. Marilyn and Gene were my cherished neighbors for 24 years.  We've lost a dear and sweet person with Gene's passing.  A lot was shared during those years, and Gene's passing leaves a hole in my heart.  My love to Marilyn during this very difficult time.  Always, Barbara

Even though I didn’t meet Greg until recently, I feel like we connected immediately as friends. I feel so honored to have helped take care of him in his last days. God really smiled on me when he gave me the chance to meet such a wonderful giving person, who took time to be a friend when he had his own struggles. I know Greg is in a wonderful place, golfing of course, I hope to see him again someday. And I want to say thank you to his wife Marilyn for being so wonderful to me as well, I am honored to call you friend as well. 

Dear Marilyn and Family,
Greg was the best cousin ever. He taught me how to play Rook and other card games.Memories-when Greg was at ETSU, Ruth and I went up and he took us to a play in Abington  Va (this was a great Experience for me), Mike and I went out to visit he and Marilyn in CA, and they showed us great times. He loved his family so much especially Marilyn( his great love) and Bill's Family. Greg was brilliant. He was a whiz in history and could tell you anything about Baseball. Greggie,I love you and will never forget your kindness. I also so appreciate the respect and love he showed my parents., 

A beloved man who loved his family, his God, his friends. He loved life and lived it with generosity and a sense of adventure and fun. He felt blessed to be able to pursue his love of golf (all 50 states), his NY Yankees (additionally SF Giants) baseball and visited all 30 MLB Parks.  He loved travel (informed by his amazing knowledge of history), wine, dining and conversation.  He was loved and will be missed by many.

We sure loved going on the wine tasting tours Uncle Greg and Aunt Marilyn would take us on.  So many to pick from in California.
