She was born in Missouri to the late Eldon and Grady King Dickens. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, reading her Bible, and sewing pillow cases and quilts. Mrs. Price was of the Methodist faith. She was an excellent wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, and friend.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by all of her siblings; husband, Willard Thomas Price Jr.; daughters-in-law, Faye Price and Debra Price, and son-in-law, James Watson.
She is survived by her two children, Lillian Watson and Jeffrey Price; three grandchildren, Lisa Price, Doug (Kim) Watson, and Penny (Troy) Davidson; seven great grandchildren, Bentley, Drake, Bethany, Jessica, Derrick, Daniel, and Dillon; eight great-great grandchildren, and several other family members and friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 27 at Hermitage Funeral Home from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. The Celebration of Life Service will immediately follow the visitation at 12:00 pm in the chapel with Bro. Paul Ward and Dr. James Byrd officiating.
Interment will be on Tuesday, March 27 at Nashville National Cemetery, 1420 Gallatin Pike South, Madison, Tennessee 37115, at 2:00 pm.
