Donald Ray Neal

Donald Ray Neal, Age 83, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2016. Mr. Neal is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Mary Tatum Neal; daughter, Angela Deel; son, John (Gwendolyn) Neal; grandchildren, Abigail (Caleb) Schickedanz, Grant (Olivia) Neal, Caroline Neal, Teri Deel and Casey Deel; great grandchildren, Alliyah Bennett, Gavin Bennett, Tatum Schickedanz, Clive Neal and Rooney Neal; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Neal was a member of The Donelson Fellowship church and he was retired from Indiana Bell and the Henry County, Indiana Sherriff’s Dept. He was a member of The Gideons and The Telephone Pioneers of Indiana Bell. Mr. Neal was a former President of The Masters of Men. Visitation with the family 4 - 7 pm Sunday at Hermitage Funeral Home and 12 - 2 pm Monday at The Donelson Fellowship Church. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2 pm in the Fellowship Center with Rev. Garnett Reid and Rev. Jim Mullen officiating. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Grant Neal, Byron Deel, Al Cunningham, David Teague, Tim Polston, Kenn Fleming and Gavin Bennett will serve as pallbearers.
