Carolyn June Moore age 88 of Hermitage passed away on November 14, 2020. She was born on January 27, 1932 in Jackson TN. She moved from Jackson to Memphis where she met her future husband Harold who passed away on August 1, 2020. They moved to Hermitage in 1975. She was an artist and a bowler who was on a bowling league. She was a very devoted mother and maintained close contact with many of her childhood friends. She was a member of Welcome Wagon's Newcomer's Club, was a faithful poll worker for many years and was a member of the Church of Christ. She previously worked for the Tennessee Employment Exchange and the Miller Brewery both of Memphis. She is predeceased by her husband Harold N. Moore and sister Norma Jo Nobles. She is survived by her children Melinda Carole (Jeffrey) Lytle of Vancouver Washington and Gregory Harold Moore of Hermitage TN, Niece Leanne (Robert) Gibbs of Alcoa, TN. June and Harold were blessed to have two honorary grandchildren, Andrew and Alyssa Herron of Mt. Juliet, TN. The services will be private.
