Cara Mae Patton Wilhelm Naples , FLThursday, May 14, 2015, age 90. Cara Mae resided in Nashville most of her life. Daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. O.B. Patton of Old Hickory, she graduated from DuPont High School. Cara Mae was married to the late Jewell E. (Ed) Wilhelm for 50 years, and worked for the Nashville Bridge Company until retirement. In recent years she lived in Naples, FL with Bill Hoetzel , who gave her love and care until her passing. She will be missed by her family, son Doug Wilhelm (Dana) of Winston Salem, NC; granddaughters, Rachel McGinnis (Davin) of NC and Claire Hansen (Jon) of MD; great -grandchildren, Gavin and Kayla McGinnis, and Cline and Anna Catherine Hansen. Services will be conducted Wednesday, May 20th at 2 p.m. at Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until time of service on Wednesday.In lieu of flowers, please consider a gift to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Hermitage.
