She is survived by her daughter, Vicky (Charlie) Ignatz; son, Dennis (Debbie) Mangrum (USMC Retired); sisters, Shirley (Charlie) Ramsey, Marguritte (Bo) Holmes, Joyce (Carlton) Holmes; grandchildren, Todd (Caralyn) Ignatz, Brian (Beth) Ignatz, Stan Mangrum and Bailey (John) Shrum; 15 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Mangrum was a Gold Star Mother, VFW Auxiliary member, member of Ruth Ensor United Methodist Church for 48 years, Hospitality Chairman of Ruth Ensor UMC for 20 years and United Methodist Women, Sunday School and VBS teacher.
A Celebration of Life will be 10:00 am Monday, April 18, 2016 at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Family will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm Sunday, April 17, 2016 and from 9:00 am till service time on Monday at the funeral home.
A special thanks to the "staff of angels" at Creekside Health and Rehabilitation Center: Christa, Kim, Sarretta, Rhonda, Valencia, Anna, Tony, Rebecca and their dedicated professional and support staffs.
