Timothy Henry Stoehr, 61, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away surrounded by his loving family on Sunday morning, October 13, 2024. He will forever be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend to everyone he knew.
“Tim” as he was known by his family and friends was born on January 21, 1963 in Newfoundland, Canada to Robert Eugene and Delores Mae (Roth) Stoehr. He graduated from Shawnee Mission West High School and attended Avila College where he earned his Master’s Degree in Finance and Marketing.
Tim had a successful career in the Agriculture industry for over 30 years. For the last 7 years he was a passionate and dedicated employee of Albaugh, LLC as the North American VP of Marketing and Development. He made many lasting relationships over the course of his career. He will be remembered and loved by all. He met the love of his life Regina Gail Ceglenski. They were married on November 16, 1996. Together they raised their two children Olivia and Jacob.
Tim was a dedicated member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church. Both Tim and his wife Gina served on the Altar Guild at their church. Tim took pride in working out and keeping fit. He devoted himself by keeping up with the house improvements, working in his yard and making sure that his garden was well kept. He enjoyed listening to his favorite music, a lover of Rock-In-Roll. He served well as a debater and could take on any political conversations. He will be sadly missed.
His mother Delores Mae Stoehr precedes Tim in death. He is survived by his loving wife of twenty-seven years Gina G. Stoehr of the home, daughter Olivia Govea and her husband Nicky of Overland Park, Kansas, son Jacob Stoehr of Olathe, Kansas and his father Robert Eugene Stoehr of Gardner, Kansas. Left behind to cherish his memory is his granddaughter Hazel Govea. Tim is also survived by his brother Mike Stoehr and his wife Linda of Olathe, Kansas, sister Lisa Lacy and her husband Rob of Leawood, Kansas and his two faithful companions “Mia” and “Trixie” along with several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church 13145 South Black Bob Road Olathe, Kansas. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service starting at 10:00 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in loving memory of Tim Stoehr to the “Altar Guild” of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church.
