Elmer Kingsbury

On April 23, 1933, Elmer E. Kingsbury was born to Leland and Harriet (Parker) Kingsbury near Fredonia, KS.

On September 6, 1952 he married Wanda J. (Oxley) Kingsbury. She later passed away.

On March 11, 2000 Elmer married Dorothy L. (Young) Kingsbury.

Elmer enjoyed spending time working on cars, traveling, and learning new things. He will be remembered for his big heart and endless love for his family.

Elmer is lovingly survived by his wife Dorothy Kingsbury; daughter Deborah J. (Dalton) Alspaw; stepchildren Holly (Joe) De La Torre, Kimberly (Jerry) King, Daron (Julie) Barnett, Clint Barnett; grandchildren Jason Clark, Aaron (Diane) Clark; step-grandchildren Cedric Daugett, Reece Norris, Krystal Forsyth, Lynzie Carey, McKenzie King, Amanda Swanson, Aylie and Kenna Shaddy; 15 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great- grandchildren; siblings Edith and Helen; and half-siblings Linda and Carolyn.

Elmer is preceded in death by his son Daryl W. Kingsbury; parents Leland and Harriet Kingsbury; and siblings Leland Jr., John, Edna, Mary, Ruby, and Patricia.
