Chris (William) Christopher Nelson Hollins, 48, received his wings Friday, October 22, 2021. He was born to James & Billie Hollins, July 15, 1973. He was a Member of Messiah Lutheran Church, graduated from Kansas City Lutheran Highschool and Concordia College River Forest. He worked at many different jobs and was presently at Recycle American.
Chris enjoyed his family especially doing things with his three boys. Traveling to Colorado to see Mountains and loved watching all kinds of sports especially Chiefs and Car Racing, Karate, Family Reunions, and WWE. He enjoyed hobbies like working outside and building craft projects with his sons and family.
Preceding him in death were his grandparents, his father James, and four aunts.
He is survived by his mother Billie of the home; his three sons Caleb, Matthew, and Elijah; and mother of his children/friend Corren Dixon all from Gardner, KS; two sisters Leigh (Ruben) Martinez from De Soto, Michelle (Karl) Stephenson, Colorado; three nieces Baileigh and Khya Stephenson, and Lorena Martinez; two nephews Jamison Hollins and Braden Martinez; two great-nephews Roghan and Jaxon; one great-niece Layla.
Visitation will be Saturday October 30, 2021 from 3:00p.m.- 4:00pm, with a Funeral Service following at 4:00pm at the McGilley & Frye Funeral Home 105 East Loula Street.
