Sandra Jean Puckett

Born October 6, 1935 Nassau Bahamas, Passed to the Arms of her Savior May 11, 2017 Her parents were Harry & Agnes Malone and her siblings were Terry Malone, and Kathy (Malone) Sweeting. Sandra’s early years were spent in the out Islands of the Bahamas where she was home schooled to the 7th grade by her mother and Grandfather. The family returned to Nassau where she completed her schooling at Queens College graduating Salutatorian of her class. Then she went to Bob Jones University Greenville So. Carolina to study a two year Secretarial management course excelling in shorthand dictation with 96 words per minute and accuracy in typing and other duties. While at University she met her future life mate Bill Puckett from Colorado. After a December wedding in Nassau Bill and Sandra settled in Nassau where she became Executive Secretary first to an attorney, and later held the same position at Bahamas Air Ways. After several years with her growing family and the life long desire to be a mother she came home to her three sons with joy. She enjoyed packing dinner and taking the boys to the beach where the family would have dinner most afternoons. Actually the boys learned to swim almost as soon as they learned to walk. Bill and Sandra adopted their daughter during their stay in Brazil. Sandra was extremely talented in so many ways such as Sewing, Art, and Music. Her personality was to be good natured, which she exhibited as a woman with a pure heart. She loved her Lord and lived her favorite Bible verse every day. Sandra is predeceased by her parents and her brother Terry. She is survived by her husband Bill and three sons Dr. Chris Puckett, Dr.Tim Puckett and his wife Leslie, Philip Puckett, and daughter Amy Puckett. Nine Grandchildren and one Great Granddaughter.
