Paul Edward English, 79, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at his home in Moore, Oklahoma. Paul was born on November 19, 1942 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He resided in Moore, Oklahoma with his wife of 61 years, Barbara. She was sixteen and he was eighteen. He always drove her to school. He said he had to marry her to get her out of his car. He attended Crooked Oak and Star Spencer schools. He had been a bricklayer and then a salesperson for Western Door and Plywood. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cruises and bus tours. One of his proudest moments was when he won a trophy for “Big Bass of the Year” in a fishing tournament.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jack English; his father, Dees Wilson English; his mother, Paralee (Lindsey) English; and his brother John English.
He is survived by his wife Barbara; his children and their spouses: Joe and Theresa, John and Shelly, Renee and Paul; his sisters, Mary and Martha; grandchildren, Robert, Joseph, Joshua, Matthew, Tyler, Day, Magen, and Paul; sixteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
