He was the husband of Tavin Casey. They shared 49 wonderful years of marriage together. Born in Flint, Michigan, he was the son of Jay and Dixie Casey. He graduated from Bendle High School in Burton, MI. Enlisted United States Air Force and did 20 years active duty service retired. He enjoyed working on cars with his dad and his sons. He loved watching sports, Star Trek and all things Sci-Fi. He was so witty and meticulous. He adored his little companion Shih Tzu dog Sadie. He was a God fearing an honorable man that lived his life for his family. He was always there when any of us needed him, a true and solid backbone. His greatest pride in this life was his family.
Otis is survived by his beautiful wife,Tavin Casey; son, Kosol Casey and wife, Victoria Casey and their six children, Koson, Tywon, Aviya, Sophia, Olydia and Isabel Casey; daughter, Maliwan Casey-Fleeton and husband, Norman Fleeton, and their children Maliya Seria, Tyleik Fleeton, Jeriah Fleeton, Azaria Fleeton, Kahmya Fleeton; daughter Sakhorn Casey and granddog Destiny.
He is also survived by his eldest sister, Marilyn Battles as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Jay and Dixie Casey; son, Thaworn Casey; his youngest sister, Patsy Abbey, and husband David Abbey; brother, Jay Casey; brother in law, James Battle.
A visitation for Otis will be held Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. A funeral service will occur Monday, December 11, 2023 from 2:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services with burial to follow at Sunnylane Cemetery in 4000 SE 29th St, Del City, OK ,73115.
