Michael Shane Gooden

Michael Shane Gooden lost his fight with cancer on August, 10, 2011, in Oklahoma City, Ok. He was born in Fort Myers, Florida on January 21, 1974. He left behind his mother Fay Gooden and preceded in death his father Oscar Gooden, 2 brothers David Gooden, and Steven Gooden & 4 sisters, Donna Smith, Cecelia Seabolt, Julie Asbery,& Audrey Gooden.

Michael also had 8 nephews, John Hargis, Wyatt Hargis, Justin Gooden, Ryan West, Dereck Williams, Corey Williams, & Tyler West & 10 Nieces, Crystal Messicke, Anna Hargis, Tina Williams, Kerri Smith, Cheyenne Gooden, Montana Cell, Jessica Messicke, Violet Messike, & Ronni Lynn Asbery. He was a son, brother, uncle, and friend to anybody who was around him. He brought out the good in people. He would give his shirt off his back to anyone that needed it. Sometimes they would not like what he had to say but it would always stick with them. We don't know what we have until lose it, then it's to late to try to get it back. He will be missed by many. Funeral services were held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 14, 2011 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Arrangements were under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Oklahoma City, OK.
