Margaret “Callie” Godwin was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was called to her eternal home by the Lord on April 29, 2021 at age 70.
She was born to Ed and Linda Smith on March 29, 1951 in Oklahoma City, OK. Callie loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family and she loved to crochet as well, making scarves and hats for all of her friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Linda Smith, and her sister, Candie Woods. She is survived by her husband, Vernon Godwin; her daughter, Amber Johnson and her husband Chet; her son, Billy Godwin; and 2 grandchildren, Rowdy and Whitlee Johnson.
A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at the Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home at 8805 NE 23rd St., in Oklahoma City, OK.
