Lois Mary Douglas

Lois Douglas age 89, passed away on February 11, 2022. She was divorced and though she never remarried, shared many years with Carl Solsomann. Born in Oklahoma City, she was the daughter of Katherine Vela Fox and Lucas Sepeda. She was a homemaker and enjoyed her time raising her family.

She liked to crochet and sew, even came up with her own patterns. She also enjoyed puzzle games and traveling with Carl. In her younger days, Lois truly enjoyed country and western dancing.

Lois is survived by her son, Kenneth Douglas and wife Marianne, son, Ronald Douglas and wife Barbara, son, Don Price and his wife Diana; Grandchildren: Katie Harris and husband Justin, Christopher Douglas and wife Ashley, Jeremy Douglas, Rolene Douglas, Joshua Douglas, Dawnella Stewart husband Ricky, Ethan Price and wife Ashley and Chad Price. Lois had numerous great grandchildren and special cousins, Bernadette Prichard and Victoria Gist. She is preceded in death by her father, Lucas Sepeda, her mother Katherine Fox, her son Earl Douglas and daughter Audrey Douglas.

A come-and-go visitation for Lois will be held Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Service-South Chapel, 7720 South Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 11:00 AM with burial to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery, 500 SW 104th St., Oklahoma City, OK 73139.
