Leslie McLaughlin

Leslie McLaughlin, 44 year-old resident of Jones, Oklahoma, passed away May 23, 2016 in Edmond, Oklahoma. Born June 6, 1971 in Clinton, Oklahoma, he was the son of Wesley McLaughlin and Donna (Lawhon) McLaughlin. Leslie was the owner-operator of a cell phone business doing both sales and repair of cell phones and sales and repairs of riding lawn mowers. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to fish for Walleye and go camping at the Lake. His favorite time was the time he spent with his family and kids. Leslie was preceded in death by his father, Wesley McLaughlin. Survivors include his wife Stephanie McLaughlin of the home; his mother, Donna McLaughlin of Oklahoma City, OK; 2 sons, Rusty McLaughlin of the home; and Jimmie McLaughlin of the home; 1 daughter, Leslie Ann McLaughlin of Edmond, Oklahoma; and 1 brother, Brannon and his wife Sara McLaughlin of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2016 at the First Assembly of God Church, 957 SW 5th St., Jones, OK with Pastor Anthony Roe officiating.
