Kris Tolbert Knowles

Kris was raised in Jones, OK where he attended school and later became a painter. He met and married the love of his life, Nicole and was of Baptist Faith where he had been saved. Kris was a husband, father, grandpa, cousin, uncle, son, brother and friend. He enjoyed painting, being crafty in the garage, and working on projects around the house. He loved working outdoors in his garden. Kris really enjoyed giving everyone a good laugh and playing jokes on his grandkids. He was a big OSU fan (“Go Pokes”), and he and Todd loved to give each other a hard time over their rival teams. Kris was loved by all of his friends and family and life without him will not be the same.

Kris is preceded in death by his Brother; Kirk William Knowles, maternal grandparents; Bert and Edna Moodygrand, and paternal grandparents; Marel and Warren Knowles.

He is survived by his parents; Lou and Dale Knowles, Wife; Nicole Knowles, Son; Todd Lawson and wife Samantha, grandchildren; TJ, Layten, and Kainen Lawson, brother; Warren Keith Knowles, sister; Deidre Knowles Templeton, and many, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
