Kerry S. Fitzpatrick

Kerry S. Fitzpatrick, age 73, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away peacefully in her home with her husband and daughters by her side on Monday, April 3, 2023. Kerry was born September 12, 1949 in Oklahoma City to Clifford and Katherine Slack. Kerry graduated from Northwest Classen and attended the University of Oklahoma for two years.

Kerry married her high school sweetheart, Thomas “Randy” Fitzpatrick, on November 6, 1969 and spent their honeymoon driving out to California where Randy shipped out with the Navy. Kerry worked several different administrative jobs throughout her life but her true passion was as a homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother. In her free time, Kerry enjoyed quilting, journalling, crafting and spending time with her 4 grandkids. She also enjoyed online bible studies and listening to Rabbi Michael Weygant’s podcasts from Rosh Pinah Messianic Church.

Kerry was preceded in death by her parents Clifford & Katherine Slack as well as her in-laws Thomas & Mary Lee Fitzpatrick. She is survived by her husband Thomas “Randy” Fitzpatrick of OKC, her sister Karin de Riszner and husband George of Fullerton, CA, daughters Marcy Finch and husband James, Kelly Renfroe and husband Bryan both of OKC, and four grandchildren Kenny Larson, Patrick Renfroe, Kasey Finch, and Zoey Renfroe of OKC.

Celebration of Life service in honor of Kerry will be held at 2pm Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Compassion Church 6901 NW 150th St, OKC. Flowers, etc. can be sent to the church to the attention of Kelly Renfroe or Marcy Finch.
