Julia S. Williams O’Bleness, 72 year-old resident of Choctaw, Oklahoma, passed away December 20, 2014 at her home. Born December 9, 1942 in DeFuniak Springs, Florida, she was the daughter of Woodrow Wilson Keene and Jennie Neil McClendon Keene. Julia was retired from the Civilian Personnel Dept. at Tinker AFB. She loved gardening; reading; dragonflies; going back home to see family in Florida; and Elvis Presley and Jerry Lee Lewis. Most of all she loved her family and put them first in all things. She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Thomas F. Williams. Survivors include her husband Edie O’Bleness of the home; 1 son, Jeff and his wife Linda Williams of White Hall, Arkansas; 1 daughter, Carrie and her husband Chris McDonald of Haysville, Kansas; 2 step-daughters, Angela Law of Choctaw, Oklahoma; and Holli Thompson of Tyler, Texas; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 26, 2014 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with Chaplain Jim McCool officiating. Burial will follow in Carney Cemetery, Carney, Oklahoma. Fellowship for all will be at the Family's home at 2:00 p.m. following the Graveside Services at Carney.
