He was born on December 3, 1959, son of the late James Lavern and Janice Alice Busker. Jim is survived by his daughter, Lindsey Busker; brother Mike and wife Kim; brother Timothy Busker; nieces Ally and Hailey; nephew Christopher; and his beloved dog, Lolly.
Following graduation from John Marshall High School, Jim attended Oklahoma State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in horticulture with a minor in business. Jim found his calling working in the automotive industry. He devoted much of his life working as an automotive regional sales manager, beginning his career with Ford Motor Company in Denver, Colorado. He continued his successful and rewarding career working for Toyota Motor Company in Southern California. His proven background led him lastly to Nissan Motor Corporation which gave him the opportunity to move back to Oklahoma City where he grew up. Jim truly loved what he did and all the friends he met throughout his career.
Jim could always be found watching every sport imaginable but especially loved college and professional football. During his time living in Colorado and Southern California, Jim had the opportunity to attend countless college and professional football games. He loved spending time with his family and friends and his sweet dog Lolly. He also could always be found barbecuing on the grill on the weekends.
We take much comfort knowing Jim is at peace surrounded by light and with his parents and other family members.
