George Gilbert McGee JR. (aka Mike or Mac) entered eternal life surrounded by family, at home in Spencer, Ok. on September 30th, 2024. George was born on March 12,1945 in Long Beach, CA. to George G. McGee Sr. and Maud Alma Paden.
He was a dedicated Air Force Veteran, retired in 1987 from March Air Force base in California. Then moved to Oklahoma to start another career as an Instructor for the Federal Aviation Administration. After his term in Oklahoma, he relocated to Texas where he retired for the second time in 2008.
George never met a stranger; he could talk to anyone. He had a heart of gold; he was always helping someone. He taught his family to love unconditionally and to never give up.
George is preceded in death by his third wife Sandy L. McGee, brother John B. McGee and sister Jaloria R. Hall. George is survived by his reunited first wife Rose M. McGee, sons Michael McGee and two daughters Roxanne L. Howard and Jaloria D. Warner and 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
George's Memorial Service will be held at the Marble City Cemetery October 22, 2024 at 1:00pm
