Cathy Marie Roman

9 August 1953------29 January 2022

Cathy was delivered into this world the 9th Child of 12 by Velma & Clifford Clement in

Springfield, IL. Cathy lived a spectacular life, raising her Husband (Her most challenging task) of

38 years and her Children and Grandchildren. Cathy had the biggest heart and was the absolute

nicest person anyone would ever meet. She fought a battle with COPD for 15 years, never

complaining, regardless of how tough the battle was. She continued to love and cherish her

family, until she could fight no more. She died peacefully in her bed, surrounded by her family,

at 7am 29 January 2022. Now she will continue to watch over her family from Heaven, leaving a

void that can never be filled.

Cathy Looked after a family that consisted of Husband, 2 daughters, 1 Stepson, 10

Grandchildren and 5 Greatgrandchildren, and all where very dear to her heart.

She was preceded it death by her parents and siblings, John, Willie, and Susie and Great-

Grandson, Landyn Nash Martin.

She is survived by her husband Thomas C Roman (A Love Everlasting), Her Daughters Tammy

Sue (Texas), Leslie Marie (Colorado), Step-son Thomas Nelson (Illinois). 10 grandchildren, 4

greatgrandchildren.

Services for Cathy will be at Bill Eisenhower NE Funeral Home, 8805 NE 23rd, Tuesday February

1st at 08:45 am with burial at Ft. Sill National Cemetery (located in Elgin, OK) at 1100hrs.

In Lieu of Flowers, a memorial may be given to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
