Betty June Jester White died quietly while listening to the Westminster Presbyterian Church Choir 50th Anniversary CD playing in the background. She was born to Clarence “Jack” and Mabel “Peg” Jester in Tulsa, OK. She graduated from Oklahoma A&M in 1947 and married Pat White on 9/04/1948. They moved to Oklahoma City, joining Westminster Presbyterian Church on December 20, 1953. She continued working at the church, fulfilling numerous positions until her 90th birthday when she decided she should retire, but the church convinced her to work at least one day a week, which she did until her death.
