Betty June Wilcox Voss passed away on November 14, 2013. She was born to Yula Faye Cornish Wilcox and Oscar A. Wilcox at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City on June 17, 1929. She graduated from Central High School in 1947. Betty married her beloved, Les A. Voss in June 1962, son of the late, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie McCarrol Voss of Voss Trucking Lines. They both loved their Pilgrim Congregational Church which later became Mayflower Congregational Church. Betty worked with her husband Les, in their company, Cosmetic Distributers, Inc., importing perfume and products from Italy until 1989.
Betty enjoyed serving in various clubs; Women’s Guild, Greens Book Club, the Women’s Redbud Club, Ladies Music Club, Oklahoma Hospitality Club and the Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary. She is survived by special cousins and dear friends.
Funeral Services will be held at Mayflower Congregational Church, Friday, November 22, 2013 at 10:00am with Interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Oklahoma City. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the Mayflower Congregational Church Organ Fund or Red Andrews Christmas Dinner.
