My deepest condolences to all the family. Billy was a special friend for over 30 yrs to me and my family. He was a very good person, always smiling, nice personality,  great country music singer and musician. Billy was loved by everyone who met him. I am happy that I had a chance to sing along with him on many occasions. Just hard to believe that you are gone so soon. You will always be remembered and honored. RIP my dear friend Billy 🙏 🕊 ! Billy was a real gentleman I had the chance to know him and played music with him my dear friend look over us and rest in peace my dear friend 

My dear friend  Billy  you will  always be in my  heart  all the things that  we have done from the first time  I met you in 1994 at the Silverado  in  Dorval  Quebec  on my way to work  we became  friends and  ended up  singing  together  you taught  me alot and we shared  good memories  with lots of other good friends   may you rest  in peace my dear friend 

Here is a photo of Billy where he donated his time every Christmas entertaining the senior residents at The Heritage Lodge in Vankleek Hill.  They and many others will sure miss him.

Billy loved to play at the Legion and said it was one of his most popular venues.
If another artist had to cancel his Friday night performance at the Legion often with very short notice Billy would fill in for them.          The people loved him and he was in great demand for Friday nights.
When Billy organized a Country Jamboree it was always sold out,  Along with his band and the other Bands he invited to join him they always put on outstanding performances to the delight of the audience.                                                                                                                                      
Billy was very humble and down to earth, never complained , always had a smile on his face and was loved by everyone.
The Hawkesbury Legion wants to extend our most sincere condolences to Billy's family and friends.
He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
I am sure there is a country music band in heaven that is very pleased to have him join them.
May he rest in peace.
