Virginia Lou Redman

Virginia L. Redman, 81, of Odessa passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Odessa Regional Hospital. She moved to Odessa in 1969 from Monahans. She was born September 20, 1934 in Ballinger, TX to Oscar & Edna (Brookshire) Parker. She married Edward J. Redman December 22, 1951 in Ballinger. She is a member of First Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, sisters, Melba Halbert & Mildred Webb. She is survived by her son, Rodney E. Redman & wife Denice of Odessa, daughters, Roxanne Miles of Dallas, Vanessa Redman of Odessa, sisters, Margaret Smith, & Linda Little both of Ballinger, Maudie Roundtree of San Angelo, (5) grandchildren, Jeremy Redman, Aaron Miles, Christy Dewey, Brian Redman & wife Tiffany, Eddie Miles & wife Autum, (12) great-grandchildren, Jayda, Jenna, & Jewell Dewey, Grace, Jude, Haven, Zoe & Moses Miles, Nathan, Jackson & Kendall Redman, & K’Lani Ayala.

A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 3 pm Friday, March 11, 2016 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Don Norris officiating.
