Tony Sanchez

Tony Sanchez, age 58, passed away Friday, March 14, 2014, in Rankin, TX.

He was born July 29, 1955, to Esquel and Anna Rose (Masagna) Sanchez in Geneva, NY. He graduated from Hirschi High School in Wichita Falls, TX, in 1974. He married Cora Sue Ellzey on March 23, 1974, in Wichita Falls.

Tony worked for BB Chemical for 22 years. He enjoyed treating wells and working with all the people at his work.

In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his family and BBQ. He was an awesome cook!! His passion was fishing and hunting.

His wife Sue was the love of his life, they have been married for 39 years. He loved and taught his daughters everything they know. He was a hard worker and enjoyed sharing his knowledge to others. He always called and spent time with his father and brothers and sister. He will be deeply missed and will be treasured forever in our hearts. He was always the glue that kept his family close.

He is preceded in death by his mother Anna Rose Sanchez, and a brother David Sanchez.

He is survived by his wife Cora Sue Sanchez, daughters Julie Marie Wright and husband, Brandon, and Jennifer Pasowicz and husband, Mark, all of Odessa; his father Esquel Sanchez of Wichita Falls, TX; brothers John Sanchez and wife, JoAnn of Corpus Christi, TX; Michael Sanchez and wife, Sylvia of Wichita Falls, TX; and Rocco Sanchez of Dallas, TX; sister Diane Hernandez and husband, Marcus of Arlington, TX; three grandchildren Jordan Pasowicz, Jonathan Pasowicz, and Lillian Wright.

A rosary will be held at 6:00 pm Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home with visitation to follow from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.

Services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
