He had a knack for entertaining people from very diverse walks of life. He loved nothing better than to cook or grill for his guests and bring laughter and really good music to the party. When people met him, they were immediately drawn to his warmth, friendliness and genuine care for others.
In his younger days he loved being outdoors and he loved to camp, hike, rock climb and rappel.. His favorite area to visit was the Big Bend area in Texas and he visited often.
When he married his wife Gina Kowacich, he became a Georgia University, Bulldog, fan! Nothing made him happier on a Saturday than a great game and great win, surrounded by friends and great tail-gating fun!
Nate had a special relationship with his Father and his Savior Jesus and remarked several times how he was so blessed to be saved and have a heavenly hope. We're so glad he is pain free and with his heavenly Father and his parents and other loved ones that preceded him.
Nate is preceded in death by his mother, Ola Irene Kowacich, his father George Kowacich and survived by his daughter Paige Lollar, son-in-law, Jeffrey Lollar and two beautiful grand children, Abygail and Hudson. He came from a large family and is survived by three brothers, Nolan and wife Merilla, Gordon and wife Mary, Daniel and wife Donna and six sisters, Jean Tullous, Darlene Garrett, Brenda Casey, Debbie Kowacich, Jo Mays and husband Fred, and Rebekah Perry along with numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
He will be missed by many.
May our Father help him rest in peace and may our Father wrap his arms of comfort around all those that will miss him.
