She was born on November 28, 1922 to Carolina Pineda and Ramon Molinar in Lajitas, Texas. She lived her life as a homemaker and housewife to her family and husband Manual Carrasco who she married in April 1945.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ramon Molinar and Carolina Pineda, her husband Manual Carrasco, Simona Mancha, and Fe Benavides.
She is survived by sons; Manual Enrique Carrasco of Chihuahua, MX, and Rafael Carrasco of Presidio, TX. Daughter Maria Teresa Carrasco, Brothers; Juanito Molinar, Florencio Molinar, and Faustino Molinar both of Presidio, TX, sisters; Carolina Duran of El Paso, TX, Aubina Molinar, Flora Ybarra, Victoria Holguin, and Socorro Villa all of Alpine, TX. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Monday, June 4, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be Tuesday, June 5, 2012 11: 00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Udayar officiating.
