John Lee Clark Jr.

John Lee Clark, Jr. age 87, died December 16, 2011 at Medical Center Hospital.

He was born November 14, 1924 to John Lee Clark Sr. and Lillie Mae Clark in Posey County, Indiana. He married Verda M. Clark February 3, 1951 in Evansville, Indiana.

John retired from Phillips Petroleum Company where he worked as a fuel operator. He loved his wife of 57 years, family, and friends. He was in the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed helping others whenever he could.

He is preceded in death by his wife Verda Marie Clark, his father, mother, one brother and three sisters.

He is survived by his daughter, Mary Jane Clark and grandchild, Chad F. LaRoque.

Rosary will be at 7:00 pm, Monday, December 19, 2011 at Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors. Mass will be at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with Father Mark Woodruff officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
