Hope Justice

Almedia Hope Justice, 82, of Odessa passed away Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Madison Medical Resort. She was born April 30, 1933 in McMann, Oklahoma to Ival William & Jewell Ballew. She married Burrel Gene Justice February 14, 2000 in Ruidoso, NM. She was a retired assistant registrar for U.T.P. B. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church, Rebekah Lodge #119, Grandmothers Club, Northside Line Dance, and the Ladies Gourmet Club – U.T.P.B. She enjoyed sewing and making Christmas ornaments every year for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, & husband, Burrel Gene Justice. She is survived by her son, Brad Barton & wife Mary of Stinnett, TX; daughter, April Falkner & husband Scott of China Spring; brother, David Lee of Oklahoma City, OK; (3) grandchildren, B.J. Barton & wife Elena of Albuquerque, NM; Ashley Kinard & husband David of Fort Worth, TX, & Tyler Falkner of China Spring; (5) great-grandchildren; step-sons, David Gene Justice & wife Marie of Canyon Lake, TX, Daniel Justice & wife Gwen of Dixon, IL, David John Justice & wife Marlyss of Morrison, IL; step-daughters, Deborah Adolph of Chadwick IL, Darla Habben of Sterling, IL, Marla Kay Justice of Pekin, IL, (14) step-grandchildren; (18) step-great-grandchildren.

Visitation with family & friends will be 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday May 6, 2015 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Northside Baptist Church with Rev. Clydel Chapman officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
