Don was “the pea gravel hauler that done good”. He was a man that has done a little bit of everything during his time here on earth. The things that he enjoyed the most was Permian and UT Football, the little league world series, hauling cattle across the country, riding Enduro for Husquarna and Honda, racing AAA fuel dragsters, flying planes, skiing both on water and snow, playing golf, and going to car shows with his old cars. Every Sunday morning you could find him eating breakfast with his son, before going to church with his wife where he loved his church family and the Lord.
Don is survived by wife Karen Harris, his son Shawn Harris and wife Laci, stepchildren Kim Blaylock and husband Gayland, Julie Gentis and husband Ross, and William Adams and wife Julie, grandchildren Collin Harris fiancé Alyssa, Cole Harris, Step Grandchildren Cristian Gamble, Baylee Gamble, Ryan Gentis and wife Christine, Lauren Stephenson and husband Hunter, Kaitlyn Nickel and husband Travis, Austin Adams, Victoria Adams, Macalister Riddle and great grandchild Arabella.
