Arturo Guerrero Nevarez

Arturo was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua on January 8, 1932 to Blandina and Concepcion Nevarez. He worked in construction until he retired. He was a perfectionist who would scold his sons for not doing things right the first time. He loved cook outs with his family his specialty was asado and chicharrones. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Delia Brito Nevarez; sons: Rafael Sr., Arturo Jr., and Jaime, daughters: Martha and Magaly, daughter in laws: Becky and Monica, son in law Alex, his brother: Genaro Nevarez. 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Fidencio Nevarez and sister Francisca Barrera.

A visitation for Arturo will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Odessa Funeral Home, 1700 N Jackson Ave, Odessa, Texas 79761. A visitation will occur Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 1700 N Jackson Ave, Odessa, Texas 79761. A rosary will occur Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 7:00 PM, 1700 N Jackson Ave, Odessa, Texas 79761. A chapel service at st. marys will occur Friday, November 18, 2022 at 1:00 PM at St Mary's Catholic Church, 612 E 18th, Odessa, Texas 79761.
