He attended and graduated from Whittman High School in Huntington, New York. Then went on to enlist in the United States Marine Corps in 1965, after serving his country for 20 years he retired.
During his free time, he was a football referee for 25 years.
Martin passed away on December 12, 2024.
Martin is survived by his wife, Dolores Walters, son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Alexa Williams, granddaughter, Tatiana Williams, and, many relatives and friends.

A visitation for Martin will be held Thursday, December 26, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel, 1999 El Camino Real, Oceanside, California 92054, followed by a Celebration of Life from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
