Letecia was born on August 10, 1929 in Ormoc, Philippines and moved to Davao where she lived with and worked for her cousin. In 1949 she married Manuel Constantino Senior.
She raised seven children. Rolando, Evangeline, Manuel Jr, Lenie, Arla, Charlie and Bernie.
She immigrated to New York, USA with her husband in 1983 and in less than a year moved to California to help her daughter, Evangeline raise her children. She worked for a number of years in a hotel and a nursing home. She spent her free time with her family & friends, going to church and attending bible study. Letecia enjoyed baking, especially biko, going for walks, shopping & spending time in the garden. She also enjoyed music, dancing and family karaoke nights.
Her husband went to be with the Lord in 2019.
Letecia is survived by her son Rolando Constantino and his wife Nilda, her daughter Evangeline Movius, her son Manuel Jr. Constantino and his wife Zenaida, her daughter Lenie Eleiott and her husband Charles, her daughter Arla Meddleton, her son Charlie Constantino, and her son Bernie Constantino and his wife Arleen. As well as her 13 grandchildren: David, Kimberly Ann, Nicholas, Karen, Randy, Jireh, Ian, JJ, Rodney, Ronnel, Joy, Nero, John Rae.
