The world was a better place with my sweet Uncle Frank in it!  I loved his smile, kind heart and great laugh.  It was always a big event when Uncle Frank and the "family" came home to visit in Richmond.  I can even look back fondly on the times that we would all pound on the bathroom door and holler, "Come on, Uncle Frank!" and we'd be certain that he was never coming out!!!  He was so gracious along with Aunt Naty,to have me visit during the summers in Chicago.  Of course, the time he drove on the wrong side of the expressway was a special thrill, but I'm sure that he was so engrossed in explaining all of the sites that he just got a little confused!
     I'm sad that he has left us now, but I'm also happy that he is with Aunt Naty, my mom, Uncle Carl, Uncle Larry and Grandma and Grandpa Kiser.  It's like all of the original family back together again!

Losing a father, uncle, or grandfather is difficult, whether it happens to you as a young person or later in your life. My heartfelt thoughts are with all of you. 

Frank may no longer be here physically, but he'll be with you when you remember something he taught you or a time you shared together. When you make that savvy stock trade, when you hear the Cubs on the radio, when you see a pale yellow Mustang roar past, or maybe when the temperature and humidity remind you of summer in the Chicago suburbs... you'll remember Frank and he'll be with you.

He will always be "our Uncle Frank". Memories of him during "Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners  in Chicago are most cherished.   We are glad that we came to know him, this man who loved our Aunt Naty so much. We will miss you Uncle Frank.

Frank Kiser was many things to many people. He was a loving husband to my grandma. He was a devoted father to my mom and aunt. He was a loyal friend. He was a trusted financial advisor and war veteran. To me, though, he was grandpa.    

When I think of my grandpa, I think back to the summers of my childhood. I remember the house in Hillside, my grandma’s Greek statues, her greenhouse, my grandpa’s stacked copies of the Wall-Street Journal, and his big car. 

I especially remember the time grandpa took my brother and me to a Cubs/Reds baseball game. While I don’t remember who won that game, or even who played, I remember the joy of being there with my grandpa, of sharing that moment with him. 

Frank Kiser was … is my grandpa. I will miss him.

We the DeLeon family had always a strong bond and fond memories with Uncle Frank. He will  deeply missed. May he rest in peace with our dearly departed, Tita Naty and our beloved father, Fred. Love Estela, Linda, Lourdes, Manuel, Danilo, Alice, Dante, Rose, Rico and Marco and all other relatives and grandchildren.

Uncle Frank, as we the Deleon nieces and nephews, Linda, Lourdes, Manuel, Danilo, Alice, Dante, Rose, Rico, Marco along with his sister-in-law, Estela remembered his big smiles, big baritone voice, his great financial advice and from the Philippines where we first met him while he was visiting with our dearly departed aunt, Naty and all the way to Chicago. We will never forget the fun get-together at their home in Hillside or at our home in Chicago.They were wonderful memories. We will miss him and may he rest in peace with our aunt, Naty and our dearest and beloved father, Fred. Love The De Leons

My grandpa was a loved man. Seeing how my mother and her sisters have cared for him in his old age is a true testament to this love. The prayers and heart-felt condolences we all send in these coming days speak their truths as well. 

My grandpa loved. He cared for grandma with all he had even when times got tough. He loved life, always seeking to stand on his own two feet, striving towards some measure of betterment.

Loving and being loved, he truly lived a full life. Grandpa, you will be missed.

May all Frank's family find peace of mind in this time of transition, and feel the many blessings his sturdy presence brought to your lives.  This latter part of his life was a difficult one, so may he finally feel freed and at peace with the bounty of All.  My condolences to all his family and friends.

Frank will be missed by his loving family -- daughter Fay, son-in-law Ralph, grandsons Mark, Phil and Michael.  

He has gone on to his eternal reward now and is reunited with his beloved wife, Natividad.  We will always cherish fond memories of him.  

Frank was truly "one of a kind" -- securities analyst / broker, Hoosier-New Yorker-Chicagoan, father of two beautiful and loving daughters.

He is probably sitting on an easy chair in Heaven, right now, with a big stack of Wall Street Journals, a radio playing in the background with a game from one of the Cincinnatti Reds "Big Red Machine" world series-winning years.  By his side is a meal that he is enjoying to its fullest.

So rest easy and enjoy, Frank -- and thank you for all you have given to all of us, and to me in particular.  Your daughter, Fay, is the centerpiece of my existence, and we have been blessed with 3 fine sons.  You have forevermore changed the world for me.
