In loving memory of Elisa Alvarado who peacefully passed away at home in Encinitas, Calif. on Oct 5th, 2022 at the age of 85. She was born in Purepero Michoacan on May. 23, 1937. Elisa was one of 12 children and was raised a devout Catholic. She was a member of St. Johns Catholic Church for 40 years. Elisa met her husband Rafael Alvarado and they were married in 1951, they enjoyed a 63yr marriage. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend! She felt blessed and proud to have raised her family. She led a faithful, life and was a dedicated member of her church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Rafael, who passed away in 2014. She is survived by sons Daniel and Pedro Alvarado and daughters Esperanza Alvarado and Lisandra Berrong, her 6 grandchildren Daniel Rafael, Lorena, Anthony, Elisa, Jacob and 7 great grandchildren. Joseph, Jacob, Emma, Bella, Delilah, Natalia and Daniela.
Family and friends are invited to a Memorial/Viewing service at St. Johns Catholic Church 1001 Encinitas Blvd ,Encinitas CA 92024 on Monday, Oct. 24, 2022 from 6 to 9 p.m with Mass and burial services Eternal Hills Memorial Park1999 S El Camino Real, Oceanside, CA 92054 on Tuesday Oct 25th, 2022 with a celebration of life immediately following at 746 La Mirada Ave Encinitas CA, 92024.
