Braden was born May 13, 1978 in Tucson, Arizona to Laura and Allen Coleman. He grew up in Tucson and attended Sam Hughes Elementary with his sister, Whitney. As a young boy he loved to skateboard, play Nintendo and break dance. He also played basketball, soccer and tennis. Braden moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 1990 with his family and started school at Wedgwood Middle School, then attended Southwest High School. He played guitar in a band called “Elroy’s Dominion” and saw many music shows in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He graduated high school in 1996 and moved to Austin for his first year of college at the University of Texas. He later transferred to the University of North Texas in Denton. After a couple of visits to California, Braden decided to join his family in Carlsbad. He graduated from California State University San Marcos with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Braden worked at Atlas Mechanical in their payroll department before returning to Dallas to work at Trammell Crow. Wanting to be close to his family again, Braden moved back to California where he began his career at TaylorMade Golf. He passed his CPA exam and was promoted to Accounting Manager of Corporate Finance at TaylorMade. Braden was very passionate about his family, friends, music, literature and current events.
Braden is survived by his mother and father, Laura and Allen Coleman, his sister and brother-in-law, Whitney and Ryan McCreary, and his grandmother, Ella Reed Rogers.
