Anthony turned 94 and lived a full life. He was kind, loved and took care of his family, was hard working, industrious and lived a moral life.
He served in WWII as part of Patton’s 3rd Army in an anti-aircraft artillery battery which were used in in the fight against German tanks. He went across Normandy on D+12, was part of the breakout, sweep across France, the Battle of the Bulge and finally into Germany where his unit liberated a death camp.
After the war, he began his family and in 1960, moved his family to Fontana, CA where he started and ran a very successful insurance business which allowed him to retire in his 60’s.
Anthony had three loves in his life, his 1st wife Anne-who gave him his 5 kids and who passed too early at age 65; his girlfriend Dottie-who passed in 1998 and his Wife Reggie who survives him.
Pop loved his kids—Anthony, Linda (who is with him in Heaven), Ron, Annette and Mike. He also loved his grandkids, Jake and Brandon, Michial and Jessie and his 7 great grandchildren.
Saturday, his family gathered around him in his room and loved on him. He got a chance to hug and kiss his kids, grandkids and most of his great grandkids. Early Sunday morning, Jesus came and took him home.
