She is survived by her 5 children, Felipe, Mikey, Anna, Robert, and Yolanda. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren and 2 brothers, Pat Delgado and Bobby Delgado.
When Anita began to work, she picked fruits and vegetables. She also worked picking grapes, prunes, and almonds in the San Joaquin Valley. Also, she had a job working with plants in a nursery and taking care of the elderly before she married her 1st husband, Miguel Esquivel in 1956 in Chino. Right after they married, they both decided to move to Vista, California and raise a family. She was a devoted WONDERFUL WIFE and homemaker.
In 1972, Miguel passed away. After Miguel’s passing, to provide for her children, Anita began to start working again. She worked cleaning houses. Then, she started a new job at Lewis Garden Nursery in San Marcos, California. There she met Tomas Murillo, who would become her 2nd husband. Later on, she worked for MAAC Project Head Start for 20 years as a Cooks Aid, where she retired.
Anita LOVED cooking, dancing, gardening, going to Church, shopping, saving money, birdwatching, and visiting her family and friends. However, life threw her another blow and on June 4th 2013, her husband Tomas went to be with the Lord.
Of ALL the things that Anita loved to do and of all the people she loved, her Children, Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren were the MOST DEAREST to her heart. Her LOVE will continue to live in ALL of their HEARTS.
