Jimmy Boyette

Jimmy Ray Boyette, 78, graduated to his Heavenly Home on Saturday September 9, 2023, at 10:40 AM. He spent his final moments at his home in Weirsdale, FL with his family. He was born on September 30, 1944, in Sevierville, TN to Howard and Leura Boyette. In his early years, he worked as a mechanic and later was a business owner. In 1980 he obeyed the call of God to preach the Word of God and became a well-loved pastor at Belleview Church of God for 20 years. He spent 3 years of that time building the new facility with the help of Maurice Bower and other faithful members and friends. Jimmy loved the outdoors - hunting fishing, riding horses and just being in the woods. He enjoyed camping and deer hunting with his sons in the Ocala National Forest. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Frances; son Kevin Boyette (Carolyn), son Stacey, grandson Rodney Boyette (Danielle), two great grandchildren, Weston and Wyatt. Brother - Howard Boyette, Sisters - Yvonne Westberry, Shirley Miller (Randy), and Sharon Cox (Tommy) and sister-in-law, Marion Durden Kaminski. Also, many nephews, nieces, and spiritual sons and daughters.

He was predeceased by his son, Rodney Boyette (Beth). There will be a great reunion in Heaven with family friends, and most of all our Savior and soon coming King - Jesus Christ! A private graveside service was held September 14, 2023, at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Ocala, Fl.
