Dina Ann Costello

Dina Ann Costello, age 53, of Palm Harbor, Florida (formerly of her birthplace, West Islip, Long Island, New York) passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022 after a courageous fight with cancer. Dina was born June 12, 1969 to Antoinette Imhof and the late Joseph G. Costello.

She was a insurance underwriter for Ryan Specialty and was said to be a workaholic by her family. Dina was a member of Faith Church in Holiday, Florida. She LOVED the beach and surrounded herself with that relaxed vibe even in the way she decorated her house. Dina was a social butterfly who was known for her "Miss Sunshine" disposition. She was an animal lover and had a soft spot for dogs and cats especially. She loved Oliver, her cat and Milo, her pooch. Shopping for clothes, shoes and purses were just one of her many favorite activities; also to include exercising and walking every morning. Dina loved dancing and 80's and 90's music. Butterflies were another one of God's creatures that she adored.

Dina was preceded in death by her father, Joseph G. Costello and brother, Edward Costello.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Antoinette "Annie" Imhof (Andy); sister, Lisa Carr (Sonny) along with her nine cherished nieces and nephews; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

A visitation for Dina will be held Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5740 South Pine Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34480, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 4:00 PM.
