Tyra was born in Chicago and graduated from Evergreen Park High School. She had aspirations of becoming a Deaf Interpreter or an event decorator and briefly attended The University of Illinois at Chicago Circle Campus, and College of DuPage. Tyra loved decorating, organizing, painting, drawing, taking pictures, and all things creative. She loved watching movies, and always wanted to travel. Harry Potter and One Piece were her favorites. Tyra had a huge heart and got pleasure out of watching the people she loved thrive and become successful. She was selfless and always put her problems aside to be there for others.
Her favorite colors were green, blue, and turquoise, and she enjoyed music, especially Juice WRLD. Her favorite TV show was Rick & Morty, and she had a preference for tacos and chicken from Raising Canes, and drinking horchatas. Tyra was a hugger, giving tight loving hugs to those for whom she cared. When she told stories her descriptions allowed you to vividly visualize them. Tyra was always smiling and laughing around the people she loved, like her family and friends.
Let us not forget the brightness of her star, for Tyra, is a star. A young, creative and spirited soul, yes, she was full of love and life for us to behold. She could light up a room with her beautiful smile and laughter. So when you look to the sky, day or night, always know Tyra shines bright! We miss you, our dear.
