Lourdes Del Real, age 69, of Chicago, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 peacefully surrounded by family. Lourdes was born December 28, 1951.
A visitation for Lourdes will be held Tuesday, September 14, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 West 103rd Street, Oak Lawn, IL 60453. A Mass of Christian Burial will occur Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 9:30 AM at St. Turibius Catholic Church, 5646 S. Karlov, Chicago, IL 60629. Interment to immediately follow at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery, 6001 W. 111th Street, Alsip, IL 60803.
