James M. Foley

Beloved husband of the late Joan E. Foley; loving father of Pamela (the late David) Strahorn, Michael Foley and the late Patricia Foley; cherished grandpa of David and Patrick Strahorn; dear brother of Arthur Foley and brother in law of Sister Francine Kavanah. James was raised by his loving caregivers the late Ornan “Frank” Ladd and the late Loretta Ladd upon Loretta’s death the late Hannah Smallhorn. James graduated from Pace Business College as a Certified Public Accountant and worked as a comptroller for C.P.C. Corn Products International.

A committal service with Army Military honors will be held on Thursday May 11, 2023 1:30 p.m.at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W. Hoff Road, Elwood, IL 60421. Everyone should meet at Abraham Lincoln by 1:15 p.m. to be lead to the committal shelter for a prayer service and honors.
