Lois, So sorry to heard about your loss. Bob had such a great smile and a big heart. I always shared a laugh with him as I dropped off our stack of tv to be fix. He was a good man.

We will miss Bob's smiling face in church!  He always had a warm hug and greeting for everyone, remembered what was going on in their family, and was truly concerned.  He was a dear friend and a shining example of a Christian evangelist.  He was simply one of a kind!

Bob will be greatly missed by the Hemphill family (Patrick, Vicky, Mason, and Nina). I think especially when it comes to parents/grandparents, we think and hope that they will always be there at the next visit. We enjoyed and will miss our Bob Evans meet ups. We will miss his wonderful smile. We pray for strength for the family during this difficult time.

What a shining light for the Lord!  Bob's smile will be sorely missed - he always showed such kindness and concern for me and my family.  May the comfort of the Holy Spirit surround surviving family and friends.

I probably knew Bob longer than anyone other than his siblings. He and I met when his family moved to my street in the 3000 block of Belmont Av. in west Baltimore when I was about 10 or 11 years old (1946/47). Actually, we met through his older brother, Alvin (Junior). Junior was older and more my size and Bob was a little laid-back deferring to his older brother on

Bob was a faithful friend. Never too busy to help someone. We will miss his presence here, but know that he is with his Lord. Our deepest sympathy to the entire family.

Did not know Bob very well, but loved seeing Bob and Lois walking the neighborhood and making it a friendlier place to live.  Peace and love to those left behind.   Lois Foster

Dear Lois and family. I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. My children and I will always remember the special ride in the limo back in April 1999. I remember first meeting Bob at Tim and Kathy's wedding rehearsal party when he and Charlie were chatting on a bench like old chums. Bob your passing was such a shock too us. Missing your smile, Your kind words and just the Love you have for everyone.You sure were one of a kind. We were truly blessed to have known you for a friend and neighbor. We are surely going to miss you.

Uncle Bob was such a kind &  caring man. Always thinking of others.   A true example of how God would want a person to live their life.   We will miss him dearly.

I have a lifetime of memories with Mr Bob. Our family was blessed beyond measure to have him in our family. Our lives were touched in so many ways and he is surely missed.
