Mary Theresa Whitcomb (nee Kreller), age 84, of Parkville, MD, passed away on June 22, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles Edward Whitcomb, Jr.; devoted mother of Christine Marie Mitchell and her husband Donald; loving grandmother of Megan Anne Mitchell and her wife Wendy Thomas, and Bradley Edward Mitchell and his wife Monica; cherished great-grandmother of Valentina Zenaide Santos Mitchell; sister of Edward Martin Kreller, Jr. and his wife Phyllis and Betty Anne Lask and her late husband Edward. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Sunday, June 25, 2023, from 4-7 P.M. Further visitation will be held on Monday June 26, 2023, from 10-11 A.M. in the Stella Maris Chapel, 2300 Dulaney Valley RD, Timonium, MD 21093, with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11 A.M. Interment will follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mary’s name to Stella Maris Chapel at www.stellamaris.org.
